Blocking Safari Ads
Wednesday September 17: AdBlock has been updated and now disables the Apple Killswitch as well as Hungarian ads, thanks to Balazs. Follow the instructions again to get the latest update.
After Safari's debut on the iPhone in 2007, Google has seen an astounding 5000% increase in mobile searches. But MobileSafari has one major drawback. Up until now, there was no way to block ads. Ads increase the load time of a webpage, and especially on EDGE cause the internet to crawl. Blocking them will give you a lot of extra speed. This is one of the simplest hacks available for your iPhone. You will need to be Jailbroken and have the 2.0 Update, or later.

The Process
  1. Install OpenSSH and set up Cyberduck on your computer. Don't know how? Click Here.
  2. Navigate to /etc/.
  3. Now download this replacement hosts file.
  4. Drag that file to the Cyberduck window. Click on Replace when it asks you to.
  5. Restart your iPhone!
Your mobile internet browsing should now be ad free!

There's supposed to be an ad right here:
